Abstracts Submission

Participants who wish to present their research at ISFS 2025 must submit the form below to the conference organizers, along with an abstract of their presentation. The abstract must be written in English and follow the guidelines outlined below. Submissions must be received by March 9, 2025. After review by the scientific committee, participants will be notified via email of their abstract’s acceptance or rejection. Notifications will be sent no later than March 17, 2025.

Author Guidelines

  • The abstract must be prepared in LaTeX using the provided template, available for download here.
  • The abstract should not exceed two pages.
  • Do not alter the template’s code structure, including margin sizes, line spacing, font size, or other formatting elements.
  • Whenever possible, avoid using non-standard LaTeX packages.
  • The source file name should include the submitting author’s first and last name (e.g., john_smith.tex)
