• A 10% discount on the nightly room rate is available (applies exclusively to the room rate). To qualify for the discount, reservations must be made by April 25, 2025, using the password "6th IsonFuzzySets".
• Breakfast costs 49 PLN per person, per night.
• Parking is available for 45 PLN per night per space. Due to limited availability, parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
• Reservations can be made via email to the hotel and must be secured with a payment card or prepayment.
• Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

• A 15% discount on the nightly rate is available for reservations made for stays between May 22 and May 25, 2025. To qualify for the discount, reservations must be completed by May 22, 2025, and the code "ISFS" must be provided.
• Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel via email or phone.

• The hotel provides the following room rates per night for conference participants:

• Standard Room (double bed):

• Single occupancy: 390 PLN

• Double occupancy: 450 PLN

• Superior Room (double bed or two single beds):

• Single occupancy: 440 PLN

• Double occupancy: 500 PLN

These rates are inclusive of all taxes and include breakfast. Reservations are partially flexible, allowing free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in.

• To make a reservation, you need to fill in the specially designed form and send it back to h3377-re@accor.com.
• The booking terms are included in the aforementioned form.

Two options are available:

• 15% discount on the current nightly rate. To receive the discount, please provide the password “FUZZY25” when making the reservation.
• Fixed rates for group reservation. For bookings of more than 8 rooms, the following rates apply:
  • Single room with breakfast: 420 PLN per night
  • Double room with breakfast: 490 PLN per night
